Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your item(s) was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, unless damaged, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Hand Sanitisers and Surface disinfectants:

Should you have opened the item, used it and did not like the product, we will accept the return even though the product has been used. In such case we would only expect no more than 20% of a single product to have been used.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, and / or where refund may be refused:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will get notified via email as soon as we have issued the refund.

All refunds are made in GBP (at the rate of the day should it be converted in another currency), the official currency of this store. Depending on currencies conversion rates, you may be refunded a larger or smaller sum than your original payment. Note that some banks and credit card companies may apply a charge for converting GBP to refund to your local currency. Between Blue Skies LTD T/A Spacechem  is not responsible for these fees and will not cover them as as part of after refund has been issued.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be showing on your statement. International banks operate differently in different countries and have different time frames for transactions. This time period is out of our control and strictly to do with banking and credit cards services. Should your refund not be showing on your statement 10 business days after we notified you that it had been issued, please contact us.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@spacechem.co.uk.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@spacechem.co.uk and upon our acceptance response, please send your item to the address we will communicate.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Lost parcels:

  • An parcel is considered lost if not tracking information occurs 6 weeks from its shipping date. Lost parcels are rare, though they do happen, particularly in busy periods such as Christmas. While we always endeavour to accommodate and offer fast solutions wherever possible, please note that it is our policy that we only consider an order lost 6 weeks after it was shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 50 Euro, you should consider using a tracking  shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
